• I have been working in the event industry for over 20 years of which 12 years in event agencies in London.

  During my professional career I have organized numerous conferences and seminars in France and abroad. I have a strong adaptability (new situations, stressful, complicated ...) acquired through my international experience and my work in different countries and with different cultures.

  I have extensive experience in the health sectors, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, IT and energy.

  My areas of intervention :

  – Briefing with the client and implementation of a recommendation to carry out his project

  – Establishment and management of board committees

  – Promotion of events by setting up emailing campaigns

  – Production of communication supports in connection with the DTP service (invitation cards, programmes, flyers, kakémonos…)

  – Proofreading and correction of communication media

  – Stakeholder management

  – Budget management

  – Participant management

  – All logistical aspects : lieu, negotiation of prices with the various providers, on-site production

  – Organization of different types of events : colloquiums, Congress, symposium, breakfast debate, debate dinners.
